Producing the best product or service is no longer a reason for preference alone. At the same time, providing the best customer experience is a very important factor to be preferred. In an increasingly digitalized world, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) has been replaced by CX (Customer Experience).

Regna was founded in 2012 in order to design business processes that bring customers to the forefront and to enable them to follow these processes on SAP, one of the most successful corporate business software in the world, in this process of change and transformation. Since its establishment, Regna has been a pioneer in understanding and transferring not only new technologies but also all new business models that "touch the customer" to the organizations it serves.

Regna, which continues its institutionalization efforts in order to build a disciplined and happy company culture, has adopted the principle of providing a perfect experience to its employees, customers, suppliers, in short, to all its stakeholders.
